Average POS-TAG Frequency per sentence across a text (nltk)

Hello, I am having trouble finding the average frequency of a pos-tag per sentence across a whole text.
What I want to  do is find the frequency of words per sentence divided by the length of the sentence for all the sentences in the text then divide by the total number of sentences. Can someone please help me, I have no idea how to go about this!
